If you are using the Internet just to check your emails and read newspapers or articles on line, all that you need is our basic option – Just for 50 euros set up fee and 3,000 lek you’ll get 512kbps no time limit connection.

If you are using the Internet to download videos or play on line, we would suggest a 128kbps dedicated line and you’ll be happy with it.

What do I need to connect to the Internet?

• A simple computer
• A Ethernet or wireless card
• An Internet Service Provide such as Keminet

What exactly is the Keminet ISP service package?
Keminet subscribers get unlimited Internet access, 2 POP e-mail accounts with a total of 100 Megs storage space, and Technical Support.

Does Keminet have a local access in my area?
Keminet has a wide area covered with internet service. Call us on +355 4 270980 to find out how you can receive our service.

Do you offer unlimited access to the Internet?
Yes, Keminet offers its clients unlimited Internet access. You can log on to the Internet anytime and for as long as you want.

How much do the ISP services cost?
You can get Keminet ISP services for only 3,000 per month. Note that there is a one-time setup fee of 50 euro.

How do I subscribe for an account with Keminet?
It’s very easy. Just go to the Keminet sign-up page and follow the instructions. You’ll get ISP services in no time.

How do I pay for the Internet Services?
You can pay through your banking account, sending a sms or visiting our offices at Rr “Abdi Toptani” Torre Drin No 28.

Does Keminet have support services for its subscribers?
Yes. Keminet offers e-mail, and voice call customer support services .

How much are the Keminet ISP services?
KeminetISP services cost just ……. per month. Note that there is a one-time setup fee of 50 euros.

How do I pay for the Internet Services?
You can pay through credit card only. Give the required billing information when you sign up and Keminetwill take it from there. Your credit card is automatically billed per month.


How can I contact Keminet's billing department?
You can send e-mail to office@keminet.net, call Keminet customer support on +355 4 270980. Our support staff will be more than willing to help you with any concerns you might have - billing or otherwise.

Can I pay through checks?
No, sorry. Keminet only accepts wire transfers.

 

 
         
            INTERNET CONNECTION  
     

Here's a quick-fix guide for some basic connection problems you might encounter. Contact our technical support if you need further help.

I cannot connect to the Internet.

• Check your User Id and Password.
You may have mistyped either your user Id, password, or both. User Ids and passwords are case sensitive so check if you typed in the correct case. If you can't remember your password, contact us.

• Check the cable or wireless connection.
Check if the cable is properly connected to your computer, your network is enabled, or your wireless connection has signal.

• Check your account status.
You can get your account information by e-mailing support@keminet.net. Our customer support is available from 8:00:21;00, Monday to Saturday.

• Check your network settings.
You may have typed in wrong entries or missed some information. Please check your dial up settings. For information on setting up your Keminet account, go to our support page or contact technical support.

• I keep getting cut-off from the Internet.
You may have a problem in your cable. Contact immediately technical support. If this message still keeps on appearing, you might need to have your computer checked by a qualified computer hardware technician.



Technical limitations
At Keminet, majority of your concerns are resolved efficiently. However, some may be beyond our technical support scope. Below are some areas in which we may not be able to assist you.

Hardware Conflicts
We will try to identify them and make suggestions but you also need to contact your hardware vendor for technical support.

Operating System (OS) problem
If you encounter problems like fatal exception or illegal operation, which are OS-related, kindly refer to your PC vendor for assistance.

Software Conflicts
Removing your software and reinstalling ours may be the only solution in such cases.

Modifications made to your software
Keminet technical support personnel are trained to help you with the software we provide in the ISP package, as well as for a wide range of other programs. However, they may not be able to assist you with software that has been modified.

A Virus in your system
We can tell you where to get anti-virus help, but we might not be able to do anything about the virus itself.

LAN/Network environment
